This purchase is governed by the following general terms of sale for consumer purchases of goods over the Internet. Consumer purchases via the Internet are mainly governed by the laws of the United States, including but not limited to the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), the Federal Trade Commission Act, and relevant state consumer protection laws. These laws provide consumers with substantial rights. The terms of this Agreement shall not be construed as a limitation of statutory rights but shall specify the principal rights and obligations of the parties to the trade.

The agreement consists of these terms of sale, information specified in the order solution, and any specially agreed terms. In the event of a conflict between the information, what is specifically agreed between the parties will prevail unless it is in breach of mandatory legislation.

Hereinafter referred to as the seller / reseller.

The buyer is the consumer who places the order and hereinafter referred to as the buyer.

The price quoted for the goods and services is the total price to be paid by the buyer. This price includes all fees and additional costs. Additional costs that the seller has not informed before the purchase do not bear the buyer.

The agreement is binding on both parties once the buyer has sent their order to the seller. However, the agreement is not binding if there is a typographical error in the offer from the seller in the order solution in the online store or in the buyer’s order, and the other party realized or should have realized that there was such a mistake.

The seller may claim payment for the item from the time it is shipped from the seller to the buyer. When paying with a credit or debit card, the card is charged at the time of purchase.

Delivery takes place when the buyer or their representative has received the item (serial code for the game or software). All products are delivered digitally in the form of a product key. Product keys are delivered either immediately after purchase or within a specified time frame.

The right of cancellation applies within a 7-day period from the date of purchase, provided that the product code has not been redeemed.

If the seller fails to deliver the goods within the agreed-upon time frame, the buyer may seek remedies as per applicable laws and regulations.

If there is a defect in the item, the buyer must notify the seller within a reasonable time frame. Complaints must be made within a specified period according to applicable laws.

If the buyer fails to fulfill their obligations under the agreement, the seller may seek remedies as per applicable laws and regulations.

Any warranty provided by the seller or manufacturer does not limit the rights of the buyer under applicable laws.

The seller collects and processes personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Personal information is stored securely and used only for the purpose of fulfilling the agreement with the buyer.

Complaints should be addressed to the seller within a reasonable time frame. The parties will endeavor to resolve disputes amicably. If resolution cannot be reached, the buyer may seek mediation through appropriate channels.

By making a purchase from Kingdom, the buyer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
